Jim Stevens is beginning his 15th year as an Adjunct Professor

Jim Stevens is beginning his 15th year as an Adjunct Professor teaching Patent Law at the University of Detroit Mercy Law School. He instructs his class from the casebook “Patent Law Including Trade Secrets – Copyrights – Trademarks,” a West Publishing Company publication co-authored by Bill Francis, Rick Hoffmann, Matt Schmidt, and Jim Stevens.

Three Reising lawyers have been recognized by dbusiness magazine

William Francis, James D. Stevens, and Richard Hoffmann have been recognized by dbusiness magazine as “Top Lawyers 2019” for Intellectual Property and Patent Law. For this list, 19,000 attorneys in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, and Livingston counties were polled and each attorney was asked to nominate lawyers among fifty legal specialties.
