The U.S. Patent Office issued its first design patent from an international Hague application

The U.S. Patent Office issued its first design patent from an international Hague application on April 26, 2016 as U.S. patent no. D754,922. The patent is titled “Cosmetics Applicator” and the applicant is the German company Schwan-Stabilo Cosmetics GmbH & Co. The Hague Agreement went into effect in the U.S. in May of 2015.
