Reising shareholder Scott Hogan convinced the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board to reverse a
slew of rejections for long-time client Hitemco in a patent application related to high-temperature
rocket engine coatings. Hitemco CTO Charles Berger called the effort “heroic” and noted that “this
patent will give us a competitive edge at a time when everyone is racing to build rocket engines.”
