Corey Beaubien attended Design Day at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Patent attorneys, USPTO personnel, and PTAB judges came together for a day to discuss prosecution and litigation matters concerning design patent law practice. Topics included the status of the ratification of the Hague Agreement in the U.S., the considerable increase in design patent filings, recent case law and best practices, and post grant proceedings. Over 300 professionals attended the event.
