James Stevens, Michael Adams, and Shannon Smith attended a meeting with international stakehold­ers at the European Patent Office in Munich, Germany to discuss EPO directives and quality control of EP patents.  They visited with EPO top officials and had the opportunity to discuss the need for a less strict interpretation of EPC Art. 123(2) to achieve better harmonization with international norms of claim interpretation.
