Melinda D. Zatkoff was a panelist for the University of Michigan’s WISE: Transitions to the Workplace Conference. The Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Program is designed to promote careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to women. During the conference, Melinda advised students and recent graduates on the potential challenges many face when adjusting to life as a young professional. Zatkoff also discussed how to manage workplace conflicts, network, and build an expertise for a successful career. The University of Michigan and Praxair sponsored the conference.
