Julie has more than thirty years’ experience practicing all aspects of intellectual property law. She focuses her practice on securing protection for, and enforcing, her clients’ trademarks globally. With extensive experience in federal lawsuits as well as adversarial administrative actions, Julie moves matters forward with an eye towards efficient and amicable resolution. Many of her clients have been part of her practice for decades. Together with trusted foreign associates worldwide, Julie successfully establishes and polices her client’s exclusive rights.
