Reising attorneys co-author article about US design patents

Corey M. Beaubien, Melinda D. Zatkoff, and Jeff L. Doyle co-authored an article in the IAM Yearbook 2018, released in October 2017.¬† The article is entitled “US design patents — no longer second chair” and looks at the newfound prominence and changing laws of design patents in the US, including the Samsung v. Apple Supreme Court case.¬† The article first appeared in the IAM Yearbook 2018, a supplement to IAM, published by Globe Business Media Group—IP Division.
