Matt J. Schmidt, Rick W. Hoffmann, and Michael C. Adams managed the defense of our client against an accusation of patent infringement in Sweden, and successfully invalidated the patent during trial. The products involved were digital ignition systems for small engines, and the invalidating prior art was uncovered by Reising. The court awarded attorney fees to our client.
