Rick Hoffmann has become a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. The Litigation
Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is by invitation only
and is limited to less than one-half of one percent of North American lawyers, judges, and
scholars. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation as well
as superior ethical reputation.
