Rick Hoffmann successfully settled a patent dispute on behalf of Reising’s client in the
Northern District of Indiana. A competitor sued our client for patent infringement and
declaratory relief attempting to establish our client’s patent was not valid or infringed. In a
related matter, Rick prevailed at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), which held the
competitor’s patent claims were unpatentable.
