Michael C. Adams, Scott Hogan and Shannon Murphy met with 11 USPTO Examiners, presenting the Examiners with in-person arguments for patentability on behalf of seven different clients, and successfully advancing prosecution in all cases. Shannon Murphy attended AIPLA’s “2014 Cross-Country Women in IP Networking Event,” an event held simultaneously in 31 cities to support and foster the growth of women in the intellectual property field. Shannon was also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
