Reising has won a round on behalf of client Lippert Components

Richard Hoffmann, Eric Jones, Michael Druzinski, and James Stevens Jr. have won a round on behalf of client Lippert Components in a patent infringement battle with rival RV parts maker Days Corp. The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) invalidated both patent claims that Days Corp. asserted against Lippert, in response to an Inter-Partes review initiated by the Reising attorneys. The PTAB ruled in favor of Lippert on all counts and refused to allow Days to amend its patent.
