Stefan D. Osterbur spoke during an AIPLA webinar held in April titled “Introduction to Provisional
Patent Applications and How to Use Them Effectively,” which was heard by an audience of law students
and attorneys participating from across the country. Stefan introduced the concepts of provisional
patent applications explaining how they can be helpful and how an incomplete or poorly drafted
provisional application can create problems.
